Air pollution :- As you know that the human brain is the largest oxygen dependent in our body. Continuesly Inhaling polluted air will decrease the supply of oxygen to the brain, and will bring a decrease in your brain efficiency.

Over sugar Dose :- If you are taking too much sugar in your diet then it will decrease the absorption of proteins and that can interfere in brain development.


Over eating the food :- If you take more diet than your capacity then it will harden the brain arteries and decrease in your mental power.

Excessive Smoking :- If you smoke a lot in a day then it will not only harm for your lungs, but also for your brain and can cause brain shrinkage. It also causes Alzheimer's disease.

Think very deep or hard :- Thinking very deep when body condition is not good can cause your brain ineffective. Your you should rest your brain if you are in fever or any other problem.
